Frequently Asked Questions

In person and virtual sessions are offered for your convenience. 

In person meetings occur in Northern New Jersey. Remote sessions can occur in over 40 states of America and are held over a HIPAA-compliant form of Zoom. If needed, we can also meet for phone sessions.

The purpose of the initial evaluation is to understand your symptoms, current concerns, and treatment goals. We also will determine whether we are a good fit. By the second or third session, I will propose an individualized treatment plan which we will routinely assess and if needed revise throughout our work together.

Unlike the rest of our therapy sessions, the first meeting will be 75 minutes and billed at $335.

I participate with Aetna insurance. 

For clients with other insurances, I am considered an “out-of-network” provider.  I  provide all necessary information (in the form of a Superbill) for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network benefits, if applicable.  

50-minute therapy sessions are $250. Over time, or because of scheduling, we may choose to meet for 30-minute meetings. These sessions are $170.
