I love the energy that working with young clients brings: a sense of openness, discovery, and possibility that lends the work a particular vitality.
My school psychology background provides me with a rich understanding of the lives of youth and has taught me how to make therapy as engaging (and fun!) as possible. My emphasis on collaboration translates to communication with school faculty, medical providers, extracurricular coaches, and religious figures as indicated.
In addition to providing cognitive behavioral therapy to youth, I received specialized training from Dr. Eli Lebowitz in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE). Incredible results are often revealed when working with parents of anxious youth, even without meeting with the struggling child.
In Person and Remote Therapy
As a New Jersey and New York licensed psychologist with a PsyPact certification, I can provide remote evidence-based psychological services in over 40 states.
In person services are available in Northern New Jersey.
Services are considered in-network with most Aetna insurance plans.
Super bills also provided for clients with out-of-network benefits.
